
Kick back and relax in this lovely walk-in, one level condo. Spacious back patio with access from the master or living area. Close enough to all Branson has to offer but far enough out for peace and quiet. Access to the Fall Creek Marina with rentals available. Just slightly over 3 miles to the Branson Strip(76 hwy), and less than 5 mile drive to Ballparks of America. Only 8 miles to the Silver Dollar City one direction and 8 miles the other direction to the the wonderful Branson Landing.
The master suite is just of the right as you walk in. This spacious suite has a King bed and private bathroom. To the left is the second bedroom with a queen bed and the guest bathroom. Just past this area you walk into an open living, kitchen, and dinning area looking out to the back deck. From the porch you can see the community picnic area with outdoor charcoal grill. Also, in the distance you can see parts of the Pointe golf course.
The condo access is solely the use of the booking guest. There are community areas that are included in your stay. Those are the picnic area located directly behind the condo. Also, the marina that is located a short drive further down in the resort. At the marina you can rent boats or fishing for a fee. Unfortunately, there is not access to the pools or any of the other amenities of the Diamond Resort.
Forgot something for your stay there is a Shell Gas station at the entrance of the resort with small connivence store that can meet most of your last minute needs. There are also two restaurants at the entrance for a last minute meal. This resort is located is the rolling hills of the beautiful Ozarks. Only 1.5 miles away from the famous Danna's BBQ, Fall Creek Steak and Fish House, or the Runaway Mountain coaster and Flyaway Ziplines.
There is onsite parking for two vehicles but no trailer parking at the unit. Trailer parking is available further into the resort.

From 65 HWY take the 76 County Blvd Main Street exit. Head West on 76 to Historic 165 Hwy and then head back to the South on 165. From 165 turn on to Fall Creek Dr. Then take Fall Creek Dr to Fall Creek Trail. Finally turning onto Scenic Ct. staying to the left you will arrive to the last building on the right.
